1. Can I track my order?

Orders sent from WANT2 are sent via a trackable method via Royal Mail, DHL or USPS. Once an order is placed you will receive confirmation that we have received your order, and you will receive a following email to confirm the order has been shipped which will contain a tracking number to track your parcel.

2. When will my order be sent out?

Orders are dispatched between Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5:30am GMT. Please allow up to 72 hours from order confirmation to dispatch.

Orders placed on Weekends or Bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. How do I Exchange/Return my order?

If you would like to exchange/return your order. Visit our returns portal, enter your order number and email address to start the process.

4. Can I change/cancel my order?

We may be able to make changes to your order after it's been placed, email support@want2.com with the following details:

- Items you would like changing/cancelling

- Delivery/Billing address

*If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we're not able to cancel or amend it.

5. How much will it cost to ship my order?

6. How do I know you received my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email which will contain your order number and information regarding your order.

If you haven't received your confirmation email within an hour, we suggest you check your junk/spam folders. If you still haven't received it, please contact support@want2.com for further assistance.

7. What should I do if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact support@want2.com for further assistance with a description of the issue.
